Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. Express (Dhaka only) arrives same day if ordered before 2pm.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Currently we only deliver inside Bangladesh.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Within 1 hour of placing your order, yes — message us on WhatsApp. After that, the order may already be packed.
How do I track my order?
Your order confirmation email has a tracking link. You can also visit /track and enter the order number (RUP-YYYY-NNNN).
Authenticity & damage claims
Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from authorised channels. We do not stock fakes or unauthorised imports.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Message hello@rupaara.com (or WhatsApp +880 1722-739800) with your order number and photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened skincare and beauty items are not returnable. Please reach out before opening if anything looks wrong on arrival.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (Bangladesh only).
Is bKash / Nagad safe to use?
Yes — all payments go through the bank-grade SSL gateways the providers themselves operate.
Do you charge for cash on delivery?
No additional fee. Just pay the courier on arrival.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code in the cart's promo field. The discount applies to the subtotal before shipping. One code per order.
Products & sizing
Are your products handmade?
Most are — see the maker name on each product page. We always disclose when something is factory-finished.
How do I find my size?
Each apparel page has a size chart link. When in doubt, message us — we'll help.
Are skincare items dermatologist-tested?
Yes. Every formula is dermatologist-tested in Dhaka. Ingredient lists are on every product page.
