When returns are accepted

Returns are accepted only at the point of delivery, while the delivery agent is present. Please inspect the packaging before accepting the parcel — once the packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Conditions

• Returns are accepted at the time of delivery only. We are unable to accept returns once the delivery agent has left.
• The packaging must be intact and unopened. Once a seal or package has been opened, the product is not eligible for return.
• Items must be returned complete, with original packaging, labels, and any accessories included.
• If the wrong item or a damaged parcel arrives, let the delivery agent know immediately and decline the parcel instead of accepting it.
• Approved returns are refunded in full or exchanged, subject to product availability.
